As a licensed clinical social worker, I take an integrative approach to the mind-body-spirit through advanced energetic modalities such as EMDR, EFT, IFS and guided imagery. Prior to becoming a social worker, I spent several years learning about alternative healing techniques based on Eastern philosophies and medicine.
