My background includes working with symptoms of depression, anxiety, attachment, adjustment disorders, and substance abuse disorders. I have training in mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and 12 step recovery. I have a history of working with parents of special needs children and their siblings, helping to navigate across all life's domains to access the necessary resources for an optimal life.
