I'm passionate about working with folks to help them access a deeper self-understanding, an improved connection to others, and growth that emerges through the powerful forces of healing. My clients include adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families experiencing a broad scope of concerns. I emphasize and foster connection, compassion, and collaboration, and strive to not only see and hear my clients, but also to understand them and the multiple contexts within which they exist, in the safety of a judgement-free zone. My approach is relational and client-centered, and I believe my clients already hold the answers they're seeking. I help them “peel the layers” to uncover roots of challenges and discomforts, identify roadblocks to change, and call on their strengths to move forward. My work is informed by family systems, cultural context, and strength-based modalities.
