Hi, I'm Michelle! Starting/returning to therapy is always a meaningful step, and you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I’d be honored to support you as you deepen your self-understanding and work toward your goals. In our sessions, I bring humor, curiosity, openness, and compassionate care. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts and feelings, including the parts that feel uncertain or difficult. I work with kids, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, relationship issues, stress and burnout, suicidal ideation, and trauma.
