I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with four years of experience working in private practice supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples in person and virtually. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as CBT and play therapy methods with a creative, solution-oriented style, emphasizing authenticity and connection. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals of all ages, and a wide spectrum of life challenges from more complex presentations such as psychotic disorders to mood disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. Clients describe me as approachable, non-judgemental, relatable, funny, empowering, and resourceful. I aim to make each interaction engaging and collaborative where clients gain insight, feel safe, and practice new skills. My natural ability and passion to cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships is at the heart of each client interaction.
