My passion is to work alongside clients to help them build skills to navigate their life. My experience is wide, working with people of all backgrounds, ages 6 and up with various issues including PTSD, depression, anxiety, parent-child relationships, and mental illness. I particularly enjoy working with children and families. I provide individual therapy and family therapy. I'm trained in Mindfulness, Somatic and Trauma Focused interventions incorporate those into a client centered individualized approach to treatment for each client. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology in 2013.
