I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing mental health counseling services in New Hampshire since 2014. Because I spent most of my career at a community mental health center in Wolfeboro, NH, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from a wide range of individuals from various walks of life. I consider my counseling style to be flexible, collaborative, and compassionate. It is important that my clients feel understood and heard, and I aim to provide a safe and open-minded space for people to work through some of life’s most difficult challenges. I have a natural inclination for relationship-building and believe that the therapeutic bond is at the core of successful treatment. I see myself as a partner, always believing that the client is the ultimate expert in their life story. I do, however, point out patterns and offer strategies to help individuals create new paths and feel less stuck.
