Many people, at some point in their lives, experience feeling stuck and unsure of how they got there, or how or what to change. Whether it be difficult emotions, distressing thoughts or memories, unhelpful behaviors, or unproductive conflicts with your spouse, I can help you identify the underlying reasons for feeling stuck and uncover a path to wellness. I am passionate about working with people with histories of trauma, pregnant and postpartum women, couples, and new parents. I can help to navigate the identify shifts and associated difficulties that parenthood evokes and can help women heal from pregnancy and birth trauma.
