My goal is to create a safe space for clients during sessions by being an observant, nonjudgmental, and empathetic therapist. My hope is to help clients with their journey to become mentally healthy, mindful, and self-aware for a new lifestyle that is encouraging and fulfilling to them. My philosophy is “Aim Small to Hit Big”, which means to be present in the moment and set small attainable goals for yourself to build upon your successes and celebrate accomplishments one goal at a time.
