Hello, and welcome. My name is Michelle. As a therapist Intern, I use Expressive Arts Therapy and bring a creative, empathetic, and holistic approach to therapy. I believe with all my heart that you are the expert on your own life and story, and it is my goal to support you in your unique process of healing and growth. I'm trained in Brainspotting and celebrate the somatic support and healing that this Modality can open up for people on their healing journeys.
