Hi there, I’m Michelle. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, Maine, and Vermont. I'm also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C) and specialize in working with people who are pregnant, in the postpartum period who are experiencing depression or anxiety, or people who are dealing with infertility. I also work with individuals who are dealing with chronic pain from conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I’m passionate about helping clients feel empowered and becoming more comfortable with advocating for themselves and their needs. I'm also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider, which means that I have advanced training in screening and treating postpartum depression and anxiety in birthing people and partners. I utilize evidence-based treatments and a compassion-focused approach to support you achieve your goals.
