Hi, my name is Michelle Doucette LMFT. I take a strengths based, motivational approach with my clients to meet them where they are at, and help them achieve their desired goals. I help my clients manage their moods, reduce anxiety and depression, and manage stress and adjustment. My modalities include Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and several others. I work with clients to assist them in exploring and identifying realistic and achievable goals along with helping them develop a clear path to achieving those goals.
