I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who just need a little "tune up", need long term assistance, or something in between. Are you experiencing grief from the death of a loved one, abandonment, feeling anxious and out of control, struggling with past or current trauma, want to improve the quality of your relationships, or just want to feel happier? I use evidence based practices tailored to you to help work through your needs. I have a conversational style and like to develop goals together to enhance our work outside of sessions. Therapy can also be fun! Laughter can be heard in my office frequently.
