I value the courage it takes to begin therapy. My hope for you is that our work together provides a space of safety, empowerment, and self-discovery. I work with couples, individuals, and families who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, faith transitions/crisis, religious trauma, neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD), self-esteem related challenges, emotional exhaustion, a “never good enough” mindset, and relationship challenges.
