I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who provides therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and/or depression, and related emotional challenges. I offer a laid back but supportive and compassionate space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what they are going through. My approach is helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and strengthen their ability to navigate life's stressors with greater confidence and self-compassion. Whether clients are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, I work alongside them to foster meaningful and lasting change.
