For more than twenty years I have worked to support individuals and families experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and adjustments in life. My approach is holistic and focuses on meeting the individuals where they are. I incorporate Mindfulness, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and EMDR in my work.
