Are you ready to take control back of your life? I am passionate and committed to helping you overcome life's challenges and finally embrace your true authentic self. I focus on a holistic approach to healing, which means I treat each client as a "whole" comprised of mind, body, and spirit. I work with a wide array of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, grief/loss, self-esteem, disordered eating and other mental health/behavioral concerns. I have an affinity for the challenges of adolescents, teens, and young adults as I support them in working to find their path to greater autonomy.
