When you are ready, I can help you by looking at patterns that no longer serve you, by identifying thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck in the same unsatisfying loop and by talking through what you want your life to look like once you lean into that change. I consider it a privilege to help clients take steps towards change and positive growth! I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for 20 years. Those years of experience have helped me develop the intuition and skills needed to support and work effectively with both individual clients and couples experiencing everything from life transitions, depression and anxiety, or a desire to optimize personal growth and potential.
