Sometimes life’s challenges seem to be overwhelming and you need a neutral ear to listen and help you sort things out. Sometimes your child needs help because they are struggling or maybe it’s your relationship that needs attention. I offer mental health services to people ages 4 to 94 and take all major insurance’s. Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, gender issues, and addiction are just a few of the reasons my clients come to me. We will work together to help you achieve your full potential, strengthen your relationships and live your best life!
