Hello! My name is Michelle and I have been working in the mental health field for nearly 20 years. I work with couples, families, and individuals. I specialize in guiding people through seasons of distress as they work to identify the barriers that may hinder them from living a full and rewarding life. Most of all, I find joy in empowering others to change. I am trained in EMDR and I specialize in trauma recovery, infidelity, marriage restoration, boundary building, and grief work. I also work with families who have loved ones affected by disabilities and the associated challenges, including caregiver fatigue.
