I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience providing psychotherapy, and I am a graduate of Columbia University. I strive to create an authentic, safe, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges and foster meaningful change. I use a holistic, evidence-based approach and specialize in working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. I believe that every person carries their own intelligence, brilliance, and uniqueness, and that therapy is a place to uncover this and live in alignment with one’s truth.
