Wondering where to start on your therapeutic journey can be overwhelming. That is why we will begin with a clear individualized assessment process where we can collaboratively determine the appropriate frequency and goals for you or your family’s needs. I have obtained rigorous and niche training to treat conditions throughout the lifespan using psychodynamic modalities. I aim to help uncover and better understand underlying root problems that are impacting you and/or your child’s mood and behaviors so that internal experiences may be better understood and managed. My specialties include the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, and relationships. I am a Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) nationally rostered clinician and obtained my PhD at Yeshiva University, and fellowship specializations at UCSF School of Medicine and Hackensack University Medical Center.
