Many challenging areas in life stem from how an individual relates to others as well as, of course, life stress. I have worked with many adolescents, parents and individuals in tackling troubling issues that have resulted in marital discord, negative thoughts, behavioral problems and relationships that are less than satisfying. I take a team approach with my clients to assist them in gaining confidence, insight, and developing tools that can be utilized in the future.
