Hi, My name is Michelle Frizzelle. Ca LMFT 132628. My general therapeutic approach is to always treat my clients with respect and honesty. I am a very open minded person, who is not there to judge, but to see if we can find a plan that works for you. It's my goal to make you feel safe during sessions. I work intensively with trauma and anxiety. Finding ways to understand how trauma affects our life and how we can move forward in a more positive approach is doable.
