Welcome to Element Therapy + Care! We exist to serve the community, offering therapy to those motivated to explore their struggles through a new lens. Many clients I work with are longing to feel present, clear-headed, safe, and confident in their own bodies. Perhaps they've experienced trauma that has shaped their view of themselves, others, and the world around them. Maybe they have found themselves living a story that no longer makes sense. Others may long for deeper meaning and relational satisfaction, but feel unsure about how to obtain it. Whatever your story, I'm here to walk alongside you. I offer warm, compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. Through an integration of EMDR, somatic, narrative, and attachment-based modalities, I'm passionate about walking alongside clients in such a way that they feel seen and supported as they pursue their individual goals. As a Christian, I am also able to integrate spirituality for those wishing to do so.
