Hi there! I specialize in anxiety, depression and trauma. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps with trauma, anxiety and other related conditions by using bilateral stimulation to process memories. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as another therapeutic technique, as well as effective mindfulness practices.
