I believe that each individual has their own unique story and that treatment should be catered to each individual clients needs. I have experience working with low income individuals, severely mentally ill, and forensic populations. I have a passion for helping first responders and veterans with life struggles and stress related to the work they do. My goal is to create a safe and confidential space to discuss whatever barriers or life stressors are impacting the individual client, and then to work together to find a path through. I have over 14 years of experience in mental health addressing issues related to life changes, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Personality Disorders. I have an extensive background in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Informed Care. We will work together to develop an effective treatment plan to address your treatment needs.
