Shopping around for a qualified psychotherapist takes time. It can be challenging to find someone with whom you feel comfortable opening up. After years in the field, I am sensitive to the effort it takes each of us to reach out for help when life is difficult. That can be even harder when you are stressed and unsure how to proceed. Working exclusively with adults (18+), my client-centered, insight-oriented, relational approach can support you during crisis and life transitions. Together we will help you develop resilience, cultivate post-traumatic growth, and live each day more fully. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and MBSR instructor, I offer mindfulness-based, relational and trauma-informed psychotherapy. My Masters and Doctoral degrees (both from Clark University), and post-doctoral specialization enable me to help with a broad range of concerns, as well as to provide clinical supervision of other professionals.
