Asking for help is never easy, but I strive to support each person through this journey. I work hard to establish and safe and supportive environment for everyone. The diagnoses that I have worked with are major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, life transitions, women’s issues, infertility, trauma / PTSD, mood disorders, chronic health issues and stress management. Treatment goals are tailored to each person's needs and I utilize a variety of therapy techniques to help every client work toward their desired goals. Counseling services are offered via Telehealth only.
