I believe in the importance of building a strong counseling relationship to create an avenue for change. Our initial session together will be focused around exploring and setting goals and seeing if we are the right fit to help you reach those goals. You might be feeling confused or scared about where to turn and how to start. Sometimes it helps to talk to someone who doesn't already know you. Someone who won't judge you. That is why I focus on creating a safe space in which you will feel comfortable.
