Welcome! I’m Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Iowa and California. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, where I specialized in adult mental health and wellness. My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted exactly as you are.
