I enjoy helping those wishing to gain a greater sense of trust with themselves, and to have healthier relationships, improved self expression and awareness, as well as those wanting to experience decreased anger, guilt or insecurity, and overall improved mental health. I am skilled with working with those who have concerns of depression, anxiety, poor self esteem, and trauma, such as those with abuse histories or domestic violence. I enjoy helping to be a part of the process that can improve another person's quality of life, satisfaction and a sense of purpose and empowerment.
