I am a Blue Cross Blue Shield provider, and enjoy working with teenagers and adults. I have helped people with issues such as anxiety, depression, boundaries, shame, intrusive thoughts, life transitions, stressors, and self-image. I have a heart for teens facing peer pressure, school stress, divorcing parents, and friendship problems. I work with adults of all ages with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and marriage. I am EMDR certified and would love to help you work through past or current trauma including physical, sexual, or emotional abuse as well as complex trauma. Working with such a wide range of mental and emotional issues has given me the ability to help clients on a personal basis.
