My name is Michelle and I welcome all. Although I have been working in this field for 30 years, I have been licensed for 8 years. I have worked and lived in the Bay area and surrounding areas all my life . I am passionate about "helping" others. Not only is it my work but I also have my own lived experiences and family members who don't want to receive services because of the "judgement" of receiving help. I want to alleviate the stigma of mental health and inspire and empower individuals to seek out support if they struggling with anything that is getting in the way of reaching your dreams. I am an genuine, transparent and honest communicator.
