My approach to counseling is driven by respect, openness, and collaboration. I believe that we are neither all good nor all bad but rather a mixture of both. I work to build a relationship that cultivates insight and growth, together finding the parts of you that challenge, confuse, or frustrate you. I enjoy counseling adolescents (16+) and adults. My areas of focus are; adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, healthy relationships, self-esteem, and teen struggles.
