We will identify what your goals are and form a plan that makes sense for you to reach those goals. Working with adults who suffer with Depression, Anxiety or Substance Use Disorders is my specialty. The use of cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior activation, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and other evidence based tools allow me to be able to work with each person to specially craft a plan of action that is uniquely yours.
