My approach is flexible, non-judgmental, direct, and reflective, blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and EMDR. My style revolves around reflective conversations. I have worked with folks experiencing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes.
