Life is messy. Therapy helps. In the middle of the mess it can be hard to find a way through it, so I work collaboratively with you to identify a path. Together we take a good look at thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviors to see if we can find patterns, then create an action plan to reduce your distress. I am trained in multiple scientifically backed modalities including EMDR and CPT. Everyone is unique with their own set of circumstances that are considered as we walk this journey together.
