My focus is seeing therapists who seek therapy. I am an eclectic therapist who has been practicing for over 30 years. I deepened my love for the Eastern arts on my own journey of healing mentally/emotionally, medically, and spiritually. It has now become my passion to work with my fellow precious therapists in healing chronic depression, anxiety, traumas, relationship issues, chronic stress/pain related to medical conditions, and those seeking to reduce the “busy mind” and feel a sense of inner calm and peace of the mind and body.
