My name is Michelle, I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and hold a Provisional license, supervised by Nadia Joseph LPC-S. I believe in the importance of connecting with someone who gets you, because it provides a great sense of understanding of culture, environment, and social factors, which will provide a sense of authenticity. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, using a person-centered approach, because I believe that the client knows what is best for them, while I assist in guiding them to discover the healing that is already inside them.
