Welcome — I'm so glad you're here. My name is Michelle Jarosz, and I’m a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP). I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of how to move forward, you don't have to go through it alone. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies to help clients better understand themselves, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. What Clients Can Expect in Early Sessions: In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to build trust and connection. I’ll listen closely to your story, help clarify what’s bringing you in, and begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful for you. It’s a time to get to know each other and to make sure you feel safe, heard, and supported.
