Hello, my name is Michelle, and I am happy that you are here! Life can be challenging, and some days things may seem completely overwhelming and out of control. As a person-centered counselor, I truly believe that no matter what we may go through, healing and growth is possible. I often remind my clients that they hold the power to create the life that they desire and the change they wish to see.
