With over 11 years of social work experience, I understand that life can bring unexpected challenges—sometimes leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step. My role is to walk alongside you in that process, offering compassion, practical tools, and a space where you can be fully seen and heard. I am Licensed in AR, pending Indiana, and currently CSW in KY. I work with clients 13 and older, including couples and older adults, navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, Divorce, PTSD, military life challenges, infertility, postpartum transitions, adjustment disorders, couples, and relationship struggles.
