My name is Michelle Juhasz. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in the states of California and New Jersey. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach to my therapy practice, focusing on improving one's mindset and thought processes to gain a better sense of self and increase positive functioning. I work with adults ages 18+ from a variety of cultural identities, backgrounds and orientations. I treat those suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, individuals impacted by trauma, stress and life adjustments.
