Would you like to take an integrative approach to therapy? Intervention strategies with my clients involve closely examining emotional and cultural issues associated with psychological and physical health. I was born and raised on Oahu, and am aware of the unique pressures local residents face as they try to maintain a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle. I enjoy helping clients find effective coping strategies that could improve their health, wellness, spirituality, personal relationships, and overall daily functioning. I also welcome spiritual-theological dialoguing to foster opportunities for exploration, reconciliation, and healing.
