I’m passionate about helping folks navigate anxiety, low mood, trauma and the "not so healthy" coping mechanisms we tend to lean on just to survive. I’m here to offer you a space where you don't have to censor yourself or perform in any way. I want you to feel comfortable, understood and free to explore what’s going on in your life. Some of my other therapy focus areas include self-esteem, familial conflict, PTSD, perinatal mental health, gender-based trauma and addiction/substance abuse.
