Life is hard & while there aren't often quick fixes, therapy offers a safe place to feel, grieve, and find YOU again (maybe for the very first time). In therapy with me, we harness the best parts of yourself, figure out what your specific needs are, and start walking toward your values together. I help women find healing by learning to really listen to themselves, settle their nervous systems, and create meaning. Working together we will laugh, get curious, and craft new skills to care for you and get you unstuck.
