When you're ready or recognize the need for support, it can be beneficial to process and repair with an individualized approach that infuses psychoeducation with corrective, felt experiences - regardless of age or circumstance. Given my somatic-based and trauma-informed training and professional experiences related to behaviorism and human development, I provide an integrative approach where you can feel seen and heard as your relationship with yourself and, consequently, others shifts as a result of your increased regulation, sense of embodiment, and enhanced self-awareness. View 6 Photos At the heart of my approach is the belief that we inherently possess the wisdom needed to approach life with more balance if we can learn the methods to “answer the call” of the body to promote increased integration and regulation (somatics) and relate to the present moment and our thoughts and emotions with enhanced awareness and compassion (mindfulness).
