Therapy can be a great opportunity to receive support and gain insight. I create a safe and accepting environment where you can explore goals and issues you want to change. My approach is warm and compassionate with an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I believe it is through this relationship that we heal, find acceptance and are able to move forward. I work collaboratively with my clients, building awareness of barriers that keep us stuck in painful patterns while supporting growth, self discovery and change. My practice is grounded in gestalt psychotherapy, psychodynamics, mindfulness and is relational with a present centered approach.
