Happiness is not unlimited; however it can feel far away if you're struggling with anxiety, depression, history of trauma/chronic stress, etc. I use a strength based, relational approach for growth and am a strong believer in empowering individuals to take control of their own health & wellness and create the roots for recovery. I take an eclectic, holistic approach to therapy dependent on the needs of the client/s. One of the most important relationships you have is with your body and I believe we have to tune in and listen. I have experience with DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ART & working with a variety of mental health & relational issues.
